ISPOFLEX 55/1
Description
ISPOFLEX 55/1 is a windshield adhesive. It is one-component moisture curable polyurethane sealant, which has excellent bonding and sealing performance. It is no corrosion and pollution to substrates, environment friendly, no bubbles during application, smooth and fine appearance etc. Bonding and sealing of fixed glass and body parts in automotive, trucks, busses, aeronautical and marine industry, farm and construction. Also suitable for sealing in automotive, caravan, ship building and railway industry. Suitable for sealing, seam sealing, simple bonding as well as vibration reduction and sound deadening measures in crash body repair and car body construction.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The application surface must be solid, clean, dry, and free of dust, oil, and grease. Apply a primer if necessary. If necessary, rub down metal surfaces before usage. Allow the substrate to dry after degreasing. Can be applied by a manual or pneumatic gun. It is suggested to use cartridge or sausage in 24 hours after opening. Do not apply at a temperature below -5 °C. In cold weather, store the packages at about 20 °C before use. Opened cartridges should be used the same day. For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application. Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas. Tool immediately after sealant application, make it smooth and remove masking tape before sealant skins. Tools can be cleaned with alcohol or acetone before the sealant has completely cured. After curing, abrasion is necessary.
CAUTION
